àBefore you begin, you will need the following items:

• Details about your companies Legal Registered Name as it appears on your Certificate of Registration.
• Details about your companies Australian Business Number (ABN) as verified with the Autralian Business Register.
• An electronic copy of your companies Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Incorporation.
• An electronic copy of your companies constitution (Non-Government Organisations).
• An electronic copy of your Income Tax Exempt Charities (ITEC) Certificate or a letter from the Australian Tax Office (Non-Government Organisations).
• An electronic copy of the Gazette or Act that refers to your organisation (Government Organisations).
• A delegated representative of your company with authority to sign legal documents on its behalf who is the named applicant below.
• A list of contact persons for key area's of your organisation.

Before submitting your application, we recommended you print a copy of each page for your records.
